The Health and Safety Guide, encompassing the HSWA 2015, and our Code of Conduct is now available as an A5 Book. Books are available for $25.00 per book (Includes GST and Courier Charge). Associated with the book is a full set of templates - from Policy to Risk Assessment.
When your policy is completed, return a copy to ETA so that your company can be included in our register of Safety Assured Companies. For members there is no charge.
Non-members can also be included in the Safety Assured register on payment of $115 (Including GST) for a two year cycle. The Safety Assured status is valid for two years, and then is subject to renewal after audit.
To order, please send an email to admin@eta.org.nz stating how many books your require - It is recommended that you purchase one per technician and one for the office. In your email, please provide the name of your company as well as fixed and postal address and contact details.
